I feel this way sometimes. One of the things that’s helped me is to create a playlist of loud, angry music and blast it loud, sing it, scream, dance, pound things. Then, I feel much better, cleared, purged. I don’t need to do it often but from time to time.

I’m lucky I have a space that I can make that kind of noise in.
